Baked egg cups

Ingredients

6 eggs

6 slices nitrate free bacon or ham

mixed herbs

Optional: baking cups

Method :

  • Set oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • Line muffin tin with baking cups or grease with oil.
  • Line tin with bacon or ham.
  • Crack an egg into each cup.

  • Sprinkle with spices.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • Store in sealed container in the fridge.

Serving suggestions: You can eat as is or place between GF bread and enjoy! Feel free to grate some veggies and add to the egg.
