Intro Coaching Session

This session is an introduction into coaching giving you a perspective of what can be achieved in a coaching session.

We chat about your current perspective on life and any changes you are looking to implement.

We spend 1hr talking through any concerns you may have. If you have any specific things you would like to work on, these can be addressed in the session.

Coaching session

Coaching sessions involve working one to one. Sessions are completed via video call. Each session is customised to your requirements.

Do you have something you want to work through in a session. A belief you have about yourself that you want release?

Do you have any negative emotions that you feel are controlling you, such as anger, hurt or sadness?

Any of these beliefs and emotions can be worked through in a session.

This VIP package is solely based around your needs and desires. We work one to one guiding you on a nourishing journey unpacking all the negative beliefs and emotions that are holding you back. We work on the root causes and release the hold they have over you.
