easy yummy mayonnaise


250ml bottle cold pressed olive oil that you enjoy the taste of
½ lemon juiced
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg

Method :

Great for coleslaws, salads, with seafood or chicken

  • Combine, lemon, apple cider vinegar, egg and pinch of salt in jar or food processor.
  • Once combined well, slowly start to dribble olive oil into the jar.
  • Continue to blitz while dribbling the oil until you have the consistency you like your mayo.
  • Taste test and add more salt or lemon if desired.
  • Store in your sealed jar in the fridge.

This homemade Mayo beats any store bought version you can buy and its so easy to whip up!
