Coaching Session

Coaching sessions involve working one to one. Sessions are completed via video call. Each session is customised to your requirements.

Do you have something you want to work through in a session. A belief you have about yourself that you want to get rid of. It can be anything from believing you can’t climb a hill to believing you’re worthless or a failure.

Do you have any negative emotions that you feel are controlling you, such as anger, hurt or sadness? Its ok to feel these emotions it’s not ok if you are letting them control your life and you are sitting in them constantly.

Any if these beliefs and emotions can be worked through in a session.

Or do you have a goal or dream you really want to create; we can do a session setting a SMARTER goal.

The sessions will cover areas such as:

  • Together we can clear any negative emotions or associations you have with events that have occurred. We can look at emotions like Anger, Sadness, Guilt, Shame, Hurt, Conflict. We work together releasing the hold you may have on any of these emotions.

  • We will work on any limiting beliefs or limiting decisions you have made, from not thinking you’re smart enough to thinking you can do anything you want to do.

  • We can set a goal for your life.  We take the principle of SMART goals and make them even SMARTER! Setting you up for life!
