    • Together we can clear any negative emotions or associations you have with events that have occurred. Here we focus on emotions like Anger, Sadness, Guilt, Shame, Hurt, Conflict. We work together releasing the hold you may have on any of these emotions
    • We will work on any limiting beliefs or limiting decisions you have made, from not thinking you’re smart enough to thinking you can do anything you want to do. Or I can’t lose weight to knowing you have the power to choose what you put in your mouth and eat healthy.
  • Are you looking for coaching support in a specific area of your life. In these sessions we can work specifically on any area you require. Working one to one we will unpack the negative beliefs and emotions that are holding you back.

    The sessions will cover areas such as:
