Ingredients
250ml bottle cold pressed olive oil that you enjoy the taste of
½ lemon juiced
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg
Salt
Method :
Great for coleslaws, salads, with seafood or chicken
Combine, lemon, apple cider vinegar, egg and pinch of salt in jar or food processor.
Once combined well, slowly start to dribble olive oil into the jar.
Continue to blitz while dribbling the oil until you have the consistency you like your mayo.
Taste test and add more salt or lemon if desired.
Store in your sealed jar in the fridge.
