5 mins | quick and easy
2/3 cup good quality olive oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar Sea salt to taste
Options to add separately Lemon Juice Mustard, Dijon or Seeded Chilli Crushed Garlic
Add to any salad to give it a zing!
Combine oil and vinegar and any options if including.
Shake to combine
Do this a few hours before serving if adding any options to allow them to infuse.
