Here is a little bit about me – I’ve come a long way in terms of self-growth and confidence. In the past, I used to let others make decisions so as not to upset anyone, a pattern that followed me throughout my life.
I struggled with feelings of not being good enough or smart enough, always doubting my abilities. Even when I achieved something, the slightest comment could trigger self-doubt and reduce my confidence. It seemed like no matter what I accomplished; a shadow of self-doubt would always follow me. Being a people pleaser was my go-to, always putting others’ needs before my own.
But fast forward to today, I’ve shed those insecurities. I now confidently trust my decisions and believe in myself. I have learnt that loving who I am is way more important than having everyone love me.
I’m here to support and guide you on your journey, celebrating and encouraging you every step of the way.
