NLP & Hypnosis explained

In my coaching sessions I work one to one with you, using skills learnt in my NLP and Hypnotherapy training

Here we take a deep dive into what exactly is NLP & Hypnotherapy.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming known as NLP can be explained as:

Neuro –The neurological system that regulates the functions of the body.

Linguistic – Our internal language & how it determines the way we communicate not just to others, but also includes our internal self-talk.

Programming – Is our ability to change the way we operate through the use of our own unique language.

NLP is how we understand the unconscious language, thought patterns and strategies of the mind. NLP helps us understand how we individually filter reality and how our way of thinking influences our mind, body and our behaviour.

Understanding your unconscious language gives you a better look at your own unique perspective of the world and helps you understand how you have the power to change the way you think.

Time Line Therapy® (TLT) is a therapeutic process developed by Dr. Tad James. Techniques from TLT are used in addition to NLP to help us effectively and powerfully release negative stored emotions and limiting beliefs that we are holding on to. When using TLT it also highlights what we can learn from events and be able to use the positive resources in the future.

Hypnosis can be explained as:

Hypnosis is a very natural state where your unconscious mind is deeply relaxed and highly focused and is free to make changes without interference from your conscious mind.

Hypnosis is different for everyone and most people feel very calm and relaxed.  You are in control of your behaviour and cannot be hypnotised into something that does not align with your values.

It is suggested we are always in hypnosis, operating in auto pilot for most of our days.

Both NLP & Hypnotherapy are very effective techniques used to treat Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Trauma, Weight loss, relationship problems and many more. These techniques will also enhance your ability to behave positively and effectively setting positive goals for the future.
