It is the client's responsibility to seek the professional services they require. This disclaimer relates to all Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment programs, workshops, retreats, coaching/mentoring sessions and product sales.
My responsibility
I have studied with The Nutrition Academy, I am a health coach, I can guide you on your dietary choices, but cannot give specific meal planning advise.
My experience is as an independent practitioner and not a psychologist or counsellor but a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming & Timeline Therapy® which means I am certified to provide strategies and tools to assist with behavioural improvements and lifestyle enhancements to overcome barriers to success.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to take ownership of the information you seek. Using your own values, knowledge, and research to come to an informed decision about the information you are receiving.
You should always seek independent advice from a medical practitioner before taking any action.
I work with women who ready to make a significant change in their life. I provide guidance but the person needs to be willing to make the changes.

Payment conditions and forms of payment
Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment uses the 3rd party payment platform PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions. By making a purchase from Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment, you also agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service.

You are responsible for all transactions processed via paypal. Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with your 3rd party account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error or any other reason.
If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed. Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment also accepts direct credit, it is your responsibility to ensure you transfer to the bank account provided on the invoice.
The prices for all our products are subject to change without notice. Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue and product or part of without notice at any time.

Coaching/mentoring
Coaching/Mentoring calls with Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment are provided via Zoom/Teams. Session times are mutually agreed. A link will be sent to you via email. To make the best use of our time together, ensure you are in a comfortable location and can talk freely.
Coaching calls are non-refundable. Cancellations are to be advised at least 48 hours advance in writing. Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled as this time has been allocated especially for you.
Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment reserves the right to postpone your scheduled appointment if personal circumstances arise. Any rescheduled appointments will be mutually agreed upon

Client payment policy
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full for online courses, online mentoring calls, and any other products. These purchases are non-refundable. Please consider if this product is right for you then please take your time to explore my offerings and make a clear and informed decision before purchasing. I offer a 15-minute chat to discuss some programs.
Cancellation policy
Payment is required in full for all coaching/mentoring, workshops/events with Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment at the time of booking.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before a scheduled session then a refund of the full amount, less a $100 booking fee will be given. However, the participant may choose to transfer in full to the next available coaching session without incurring the loss of the booking fee.
If your booking or cancellation occurs less than 30 days before a scheduled coaching session, then the participant can transfer to the next available coaching session but will incur a $100 re-booking fee. No refund is available at this time.
No refund will be issued to those failing to join their coaching session, nor for any services not utilized, nor for a partially completed workshop. Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the workshop at her own discretion.
In the unlikely event that Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment cancels the workshop, event, retreat, coaching session, payment will be refunded in full.
If a client or workshop participant has a major problem, they are required to make every reasonable effort to make their concerns known to Fiona Davis/Path to Nourishment who will work specifically with you to resolve the situation.
If we are unable to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion for all parties, the matter will proceed to formal mediation before a neutral third party.
Delivery of digital goods
Digital goods are delivered immediately. We encourage you to download as soon as possible after purchases and make backup copies. All digital purchases cannot be refunded. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of digital content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive issue, also note you are responsible for the security of your device and the risks associated with downloading content from the internet.
Shipping
Purchases of store items that are required to be shipped are sent by Australia Post. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once the product has been shipped. Please enquire for postage costs at the time of purchase.
