Here I explain the difference between the conscious and unconscious mind.
The conscious mind is the part of our mind that is responsible for our awareness of the world around us. It is the part of the mind that is active when we are awake and alert. It is responsible for our thoughts, feelings and perceptions. The conscious mind is the part of the mind that we can control and it is the part of the mind that we use to make decisions.
On the other hand, the unconscious mind is the part of the mind that is responsible for our automatic thoughts and behaviours. It is the part of the mind that operates outside of our awareness. The unconscious mind is responsible for our habits, instincts and intuitions. It is also responsible for our dreams and some of our emotions. The unconscious mind is not directly accessible to our conscious mind, but it can influence our behaviour and thoughts.
Both the conscious and unconscious mind are important and work together to help us navigate the world around us. Understanding the difference between the two can help us gain insight into our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
The Conscious mind Controls 5-10% of behaviour and is responsible for
